TC-SWT10

5" HD Touchscreen Switch Panel (8-Way)

Why it matters

Full-colour touchscreen control with electronic-fuse protection

  • 5-inch HD touchscreen

1920×1080, and it reads its own light sensor — bright enough at midday, dim enough at 2am that it does not wreck your night vision.

  • Electronic-fuse switching

No mechanical relay to weld shut, no blade fuse to hunt for in a drawer. An overload trips the channel and clears when the fault does.

  • Live per-channel monitoring

Every circuit reports what it is drawing, on screen. You see a fridge compressor labouring before it flattens the battery.

  • LVCO low-voltage cut-off

Parked up for three days with the lights on? It sheds load before the starting battery drops below crank voltage.

What it does

  • Electronic-fuse switching on every channel — no mechanical relay to weld shut or chatter
  • Per-channel working monitor with overcurrent protection
  • LVCO low-voltage cut-off protects the starting battery when you are parked up
  • Per-switch Dimming, Flashing, Strobe and Momentary modes
  • Automatic display dimming via ambient light sensor
  • Screen layout and labelling can be customised

Where it goes

Built for overlanding rigs, 4WD touring builds, utes, trucks and recovery vehicles running 12–24V DC systems. The control box mounts in the engine bay; the switch head sits within reach on the dash or console.

Typical loads on a 8-circuit build: driving lights, a light bar, work lights, an air compressor, a dual-battery fridge, rock lights and camp lighting — each on its own protected channel.

Rated for -40°C to 105°C, so it holds up from a Scandinavian winter to an Australian summer.

The interface

A 5-inch screen that tells you what the truck is doing

Most switch panels tell you a circuit is on. This one tells you what it is drawing, how long the battery will hold, and which channel just faulted — before you are three hundred kilometres from help.

01Live current

Every circuit reports what it is drawing

A conventional panel tells you a circuit is on. This one tells you it is pulling 12.1 amps when it pulled 8 last week — and flags the channel that just faulted, before you notice it in the dark.

  • Per-channel current, live, on every active circuit
  • A faulted channel goes red and raises a header flag
  • Scenes recall a whole lighting setup in one press

02Trip headroom

You can see how close a circuit is to tripping

Open a channel and the live draw sits against its rated trip point, with the last hour behind it. An intermittent fault that would otherwise be invisible has somewhere to show up.

  • Live draw against the rated trip threshold
  • Sixty minutes of history per circuit
  • Dim or change switching mode without rewiring anything

03Battery protection

It knows how long you have, and what to drop first

Runtime is calculated from what you are actually drawing, not a sticker figure. Set the cut-off voltage and the order things shed, and the truck still starts in the morning.

  • Runtime estimate that recalculates as the load changes
  • Low-voltage cut-off you set yourself
  • Shed order you decide — the winch stays protected, the aux lights go first

Interface shown as a schematic. Screen layout, labelling and scenes are configurable, including on OEM and dealer programmes.

Where it goes

Two boxes, one loom

The control box carries the current and lives in the engine bay. The panel only carries signal, so the cable through the firewall is thin and easy to route.

firewall124Bluetoothclose range
  1. 1

    Control box — engine bay

Carries every amp. Mounts on the inner guard or firewall, fused channels facing down, battery leads straight to the terminals.

  2. 2

Wired main panel — within reach of the wheel

Signal only, so one thin cable through an existing firewall grommet. Mounts on the dash, a pillar or an overhead console.

  3. 4

Phone app — the same eight channels

Everything the panels switch, plus the setup the buttons cannot do:

    • Backlight colour, per switch
    • Icon, per switch — the same 70-icon set
    • Mode, per circuit — toggle, momentary, flashing or strobe
    • Grouping, so one tap drives several circuits

Over Bluetooth — and the radio sits in the wired main panel, not in the remote, so the app works close to the vehicle. When you need distance, the remote is the tool. On this model the Bluetooth module is an option, not fitted as standard.

Questions buyers ask

Will the TC-SWT10 run on a 24V truck?
Yes. The TC-SWT10 accepts 12–24V DC, so the same part number covers 12V 4WDs and 24V trucks without a converter.
Can I run a winch through it?
Not directly. Feed a winch through its own solenoid or contactor from the battery; the TC-SWT10 can switch the contactor's trigger line.
What happens if a circuit overloads?
Each channel is fused electronically and trips independently. The rest of the panel stays live, and the channel resets once the fault is cleared — nothing to replace, no spare fuse to carry.
Is it waterproof?
Ratings are given per enclosure: control box ip67 / screen ip65. The control box is built for engine-bay mounting, where it sees water and spray directly; the screen mounts inside the cabin.
Do you supply custom icons and packaging?
Yes. custom icon sets, logo printing and retail packaging are available for dealer and distributor programmes. Talk to us about volumes.
What is the warranty?
5 years from date of shipment, covering the control box, switch head and loom against manufacturing defects.
