What it is for

A flush-mount pod is for the panel you do not want a bracket standing off. A bumper cut-out, a rear tray, the flat face of a bull bar — the lamp sits in the hole and bolts through its own flange, so nothing protrudes to catch a branch or a rope. A bracket comes in the box as well, so the same part number surface-mounts where that suits the position better.

Twenty watts across four emitters, 2,300 lumens at 6000K, spot at 30 degrees or flood at 60. Sealed to IP68 on 12 to 24 volts, with a five-year warranty.

The F1220-4D-20W is the same 3-inch optic and the same output on a stainless bracket only. That is the whole difference between them: pick this one when the panel has to stay flat, and the F1220 when it does not.

Questions buyers ask

What voltage does the TC1220F-4D-20W run on?
12–24V DC, so one part number covers 12V 4WDs and 24V trucks without a converter.
How far does the beam actually reach?
Beam distance for the TC1220F-4D-20W has not been measured to the 1-lux convention, so we have not published a figure. We would rather say nothing than quote a number we cannot back.
Which LED does it use, and why does that matter?
The emitter brand for this model is being confirmed. Where we use Cree, Osram or JingNeng emitters we say so by name, because it is the difference that shows up two years in.
Is it sealed well enough for water crossings?
Rated IP68. Mount it where it will see spray, dust and pressure washing.
What is covered by the warranty?
5 years against manufacturing defects, from date of shipment.
Do you supply dealers and workshops?
Yes. Volume pricing, OEM packaging and marketing assets are available for 4WD shops and distributors. Tell us your market and typical order size and we will come back with terms.

Certification

No CE, FCC or RoHS certificate is on file for this line, and we do not list a mark we cannot produce the paperwork for. Certification can be arranged where an order needs it, agreed in writing before anything is committed. Buyers in the United States and Australia rarely ask for these marks on auxiliary lighting — if your market requires them, tell us what you have to meet.
