What it is for
A 2-inch pod is what you fit when there is no room for a 3-inch one. A bull bar tube, a rack upright, the corner of a tray — it goes on a stainless bracket and takes very little of the surface with it.
Twenty watts, 1,500 lumens, 6000K, flood, spot or driving. Close work is what it is for: reversing onto a trailer, hitching in the dark, finding the shackle. The beam is usable out to 40 to 80 metres, which is the range that job needs and no further. It runs 9 to 32 volts, so one part number covers a 12V 4WD and a 24V truck, and it is sealed to IP68 on Luminus emitters.
The TC-C20 is the other 20W lamp on this line: same power, 3-inch housing, 2,000 lumens, and a beam that carries to 250 metres. Fit the TC-C20 where the space exists. Fit the TC-S20 where it does not.

Questions buyers ask
- What voltage does the TC-S20 run on?
- 9–32V DC, so one part number covers 12V 4WDs and 24V trucks without a converter.
- How far does the beam actually reach?
- 40–80 m. The factory states that as a range rather than a single figure, and we publish it as one — the useful distance depends on which beam you order and what you are pointing it at.
- Which LED does it use, and why does that matter?
- Luminus emitters. Branded emitters hold their output and colour over thousands of hours; unbranded chips typically lose a visible chunk of brightness inside the first season, which is where cheap lights get their reputation.
- Is it sealed well enough for water crossings?
- Rated IP68. Mount it where it will see spray, dust and pressure washing.
- What is covered by the warranty?
- 5 years against manufacturing defects, from date of shipment.
- Do you supply dealers and workshops?
- Yes. Volume pricing, OEM packaging and marketing assets are available for 4WD shops and distributors. Tell us your market and typical order size and we will come back with terms.
Certification
No CE, FCC or RoHS certificate is on file for this line, and we do not list a mark we cannot produce the paperwork for. Certification can be arranged where an order needs it, agreed in writing before anything is committed. Buyers in the United States and Australia rarely ask for these marks on auxiliary lighting — if your market requires them, tell us what you have to meet.
